 KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has indicated a strong possibility that the moon will not be sighted today and Eid-ul-Fitr will be on April 22.

 According to Express News, the meteorological department has said that the Shawwal moon has risen today at 9:12 a.m., the age of the moon will be around 10 hours after sunset, this age is very short for the moon to be visible.

 The Meteorological Department says that there is a strong possibility that Shawwal moon will not be seen in the country today, most likely Eid-ul-Fitr will be on April 22.
